每天喝4罐或4杯的含人工代糖蘇打水比沒有喝的,憂鬱症風險高出30%。若是喝一般含糖飲料則高出22%。人工代糖飲料似乎比含糖飲料誘發憂鬱症風險更高。而喝咖啡的,可以降低10%憂鬱症風險。
