財政部公布直接入帳、造冊發放、登記入帳、ATM領現、郵局領現、等5大方式，其中約4百萬人可「直接入帳」，對象包括領有勞保年金、國民年金、老農津貼、勞退、身障補助、中低收入老人津貼等特定族群，不須登記，直接匯入帳戶。
