有關含鋁食品添加物使用範圍及限量標準草案，食藥署已送請食品衛生安全與營養諮議會審查 。
現行含鋁食品添加物，包括硫酸鋁、硫酸鋁鈉(鈉明礬、燒鈉明礬)、硫酸鋁鉀(鉀明礬、燒鉀明礬)、硫酸鋁銨(銨明礬、燒銨明礬)及酸式磷酸鋁鈉等，其使用範圍及限量均為可於各類食品中視實際需要適量使用。
有關含鋁食品添加物使用範圍及限量標準草案，食藥署已送請食品衛生安全與營養諮議會審查 。
