弓形蟲感染症（Toxoplasmosis） 一、 疾病概述（Disease description） 弓形蟲(Toxoplasma gondii)分佈於世界各地，可感染大部分溫血動物；貓科動物是弓形蟲的最終宿主(final host)，而其他所有的溫血動物（包括人類）都可以因誤食貓糞便中已完成芽孢化的卵囊(sporulated oocyst)污染的水或食物，或是吃到其它未煮熟受到感染動

假的。臨床上可見的症狀，僅有：皮膚紅斑丘疹、全身淋巴結腫大、肝脾腫大、黃疸、血小板低下、水腦症(hydrocephalus)、小腦症(microcephaly)、顱內鈣化、神經病變及視網膜脈絡炎(retinal choroiditis)並造成失明。
