國內沒研究能證實,但營養師表示冷凍後的香蕉恐怕會流失多酚,沒想像中有效,不過不能排除的是香蕉裡的多酚確實能夠保護血管健康,也有減肥作用,其他水果還包含香蕉、蘋果、葡萄等,多吃多健康但是否冷凍後效果大大加分,還是需要多加觀察。
