針對第2點,冷凍食品沒解凍、直接入熱油鍋的確有爆炸的可能。

① 如果含有冰塊的冷凍食品(例如冷凍甲殼類),碰到熱油鍋時,油與冷凍食品之間會因為熱,導致冰融化成水再蒸發成水蒸氣,此時被水蒸氣包覆的食物就可能因水蒸氣的體積快速膨脹而從油鍋中飛濺出來炸傷人。

② 但如果冷凍食品的含水量低(例如冷凍薯條、雞塊),就比較沒有爆炸的風險。
