百頁豆腐確實不是遵循古法,使用原生豆漿製成的傳統豆腐,但以成分來看,它是以「大豆蛋白+水=還原豆漿」製造成的豆腐。
少數廠商加入葷的成份,就以偏蓋全說百頁全是葷食,聳人聽聞,這是不妥的。
在超市、菜市場賣的百頁豆腐,不會增加成本添加葷食成份多此一舉,大多數的成份,單純是大豆蛋白+植物油+鹽+糖而已。
還是建議素食者,拿起來多看一下成份。
