早起並不會導致中風,但是氣溫驟降引起血管收縮,較容易發生腦中風。
腦中風的危險因子包括高血壓、高血脂、糖尿病、抽菸、喝酒、肥胖、運動不足等。但冬天氣溫驟降,會導致原本硬化狹窄的血管栓塞,國外研究報告指出,當室內外環境溫差相距5℃以上,缺血性中風發生率增高兩倍。在寒冷的天氣裡,早上醒來先動動四肢、坐起來等2到3分鐘再下床,尤其早起運動的老年人在寒流來襲時更須小心。
