「隔夜菜到底能不能吃?」網路上不少傳言指出吃隔夜菜會致癌,對此,林口長庚臨床毒物中心主任顏宗海解釋,其實常吃隔夜菜並不會致癌,因為隔夜菜中的亞硝酸鹽含量很低,反而若冰箱的溫度不夠低,造成微生物汙染飯菜的問題較令人擔心。
