午睡並不需要花費太多的時間,十到二十分鐘就已經足夠。中午時間午睡屬於淺睡眠,淺睡眠持續太久容易導致腦部供癢不足,從而使腦部神經受到刺激導致腦部發生頭痛的現象。因此,午睡時間不宜過長。
