不過安南醫院骨科醫師許惟傑提醒,酪梨可以緩解關節退化,但是小心吃太多變胖,反而造成成關節受傷害,對於中期以上,或是同時合併有肌肉和韌帶問題的退化性關節炎,緩解效果就比較有限,而且也要注意,酪梨的油脂含量高,吃過量轉化成熱量變胖,反而是傷害膝關節的危險因子。許惟傑說,臨床上發現現在很多人很愛吃酪梨,一吃就過量,反而是需要注意的。
