並非無上限，主要的對象也並非經濟弱勢，而是成績符合標準，至於弱勢且符合規定可能優先給予。條件是109學年度上下學期學業成績總平均八十分以上且無重大違規紀錄。而經濟困難家庭，提出相關證明者，優先核給。收件截止日：2021年9月30日
預計於2021年11月底前公告審核通過者名單，並另以專函通知，未錄取者則不另行通知。
