假的。越南最近流傳 非洲豬瘟變異感染人體的不實謠言，越南農業部已經出面闢謠。
事實上，從病毒在肯亞被發現以來，#從來都沒有非洲豬瘟病毒會傳染給人類的紀錄，而且打從一開始，非洲豬瘟的外殼(用來和寄主細胞結合的部分)就沒有任何能跟人類細胞結合的能力，考慮到非洲豬瘟病毒屬於核質巨型雙股DNA病毒(基因非常穩定)，所以該病毒突變的機率實際上不高。

當然，即便非洲豬瘟不會傳人，但是 因為這疾病會造成經濟上的嚴重損失，讓台灣經濟0分疫情100分，所以台灣才會像是如臨大敵一般的防疫。
