「恐慌症」是焦慮症的一種,症狀有胸悶、心悸,治療的第一目標是降低症狀的嚴重性與頻率,藥物治療是必須的選擇,自己的自我暗示(自我對話)也很重要,別一直把注意力放在身體不舒服上,就能盡快改善恐慌的問題。
