經濟部說明，台灣不缺電早已是事實，在政府推動能源轉型下，最低備轉容量率從106年的1.54%，提升至108年6月天天亮出備轉容量率10%以上的綠燈，只要一步一腳印持續推動再生能源設置及擴大燃氣機組，長期備用容量率可維持15%以上，確保供電無虞。
