有網友在臉書「爆料公社」分享影片指出，彰濱工業區的風力發電機明明有轉，但一旁的發電量顯示卻是零，台電今天下午回應表示，風力發電量隨風速不同而異，一般風機需超過每秒4.5公尺風速才可正常穩定發電與顯示，民眾所拍影片主要是當時風速較不足(低於每秒4公尺)、發電量極低，因而顯示為零，另有部分風機發電顯示器異常，台電已規劃下月更新整體顯示系統。 台電說明，台電彰工風電站共設有31部風機，每部裝置容量為2M
