藉由比對謠言內容與我國相關法規，筆者確信「行政院金融補助金」之公文內容係屬假造，故此謠言為假，不應輕信。
訊息截圖中的「行政院金融補助金」附圖為公文形式，故筆者查閱我國《政府文書格式參考規範》[1]及其圖表附件[2]。《規範》明確定義公文之「中文採楷書，英文及阿拉伯數字採Times New Roman字體」，與截圖中的附圖文字樣式明顯不符，故可合理確信行政院並無「金融補助金」之相關措施，附圖應為有心人士憑空捏造而成。
