立法院三讀通過《道路交通管理處罰條例》部分條文修正案於 6/30 正式上路，包含：不停讓行人最高可罰 6,000 元、嚴重超速由超速 60 公里下修為超速 40 公里、危險駕駛 (含嚴重超速) 罰款上限提升至 36,000 元、提高無照駕駛罰鍰上限至 24,000 元。
