立法院4月三讀通過「道路交通管理處罰條例」共34條修正案，提高未停讓行人罰鍰上限至6千元、無照駕駛罰則上限至2.4萬元、危險駕駛罰鍰上限至3.6萬元。車輛行經行人穿越道、行人穿越的交岔路口未停讓行人，小型車罰鍰從3600元提高至6000元。
