「葡萄糖」的確很重要,但是,千萬不要因為要給身體「葡萄糖」,而就常常吃simple sugar(單醣,常來自蔗糖、果糖糖漿等),當simple suger攝取越多,身體快速獲得葡萄糖時,會使血糖快速飆高,緊急分泌大量胰島素對胰臟是一種負擔,當胰島素無法處理完葡萄糖時久而久之就可能發生糖尿病,另外胰島素會促進脂肪堆積,所以吃越甜,身體的脂肪量會越多造成肥胖。
