這篇文章是各社群平台都有在轉傳的文章,芥菜的各種偏方與說法一直以來就有很多,像是能補腎、能止咳,加地瓜煮湯可以治感冒等等。第一:芥菜確實含維生素C、鉀與一些礦物質,喝熱湯時的暖意也能稍微舒緩喉嚨,但這並不等於它能治療咳嗽或感冒,很多人喝了覺得有效,往往是因為熱湯本來就能讓痰比較好排出,身體在休息幾天後也會自然復原,因此若把它寄望成治病或補腎的靈丹就有點誇大了。
