蛤蜊確實含豐富營養素,但依食藥署「食品營養成分資料庫」,100公克蛤蜊含鐵量為8.2毫克,100公克豬肝則為10.2毫克,並無「大勝豬肝」。且蛤蜊最常見的「七分半」大小,每顆約13公克,食用6顆並未達到每日鐵質建議攝取量(成年男性10毫克,女性15毫克)。
