部分正確部分錯誤。營養師強調,任何事物均應適量,每天一顆蛋對健康不會有影響,但並非「越多越好」。

1. 一般人體內的膽固醇,僅有1/4來自於飲食,另3/4來自於體內肝臟的合成,因此膽固醇和「吃幾顆蛋」確實沒有絕對的關係。

2. 但1999年哈佛針對女性、男性食用雞蛋,與心血管疾病風險的研究,並無顯示「女性蛋吃得越多,風險越低」。目前,已有針對亞洲人的研究顯示.每週攝取超過10個雞蛋,反而會提升39%的心血管疾病發病率和13%總死亡率。

1999年研究表示,雞蛋攝取量在不同性別上,均和「心血管疾病風險」無顯著關聯。2020年哈佛的最新研究,也表示適度食用雞蛋(每天最多一個雞蛋)與總體心血管疾病風險無關,但並無建議「多吃」、「越多越好」。衛福部也提醒,任何健康的食物,若吃多了都可能造成營養不均衡。
